LumiHash is a technical hosting service: we house, power, connect and maintain open-source Bitcoin mining hardware that is assigned to our customers, and operate it on their behalf. The service is not a lottery, betting offer or any other public game of chance within the meaning of § 3 of the German State Treaty on Gambling (Glücksspielstaatsvertrag), and it is not a capital investment or financial product. Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
